3 Tips: How to beat PR overwhelm

One of the main talking points in workshops I host, include how to avoid feelings of overwhelm when it comes to planning and activating PR for your business.

So I wanted to share with you a few golden nuggets I hope help make your PR efforts more intentional and streamlined:

1. Decide your objective - what do you want to achieve with your PR? Make sure all the activity you do links back to this main aim.

2. Create 3-6 concise, strategic, memorable key messages to help you stay on-brand, and use them for pitches, press releases, online copy etc.

3. Set specific and measurable PR goals so you're not trying to do everything. Avoid the 'scatter gun' approach, and instead focus on a handful of most-desirable targets.

Good luck!
